Update Phobos/Deimos data, models, textures

• Updated physical and orbital data (for instance, orbits are now defined relative to Mars' equator, rather than the ecliptic)
• Albedo-calibrated textures (including Stooke's newer Deimos map)
• Models from Ernst et al. (2023), which I presume are under a free license since the paper itself is under CC-BY-4.0

These textures are too dark, even in terms of these moons' spherical albedo.
