Data, models and textures updated for the Uranian and Neptunian systems, including the addition of Neptune's moon Hippocamp, plus assorted small changes. Many of the Uranian moons need additional updates (better textures, both limit-of-knowledge and with filled unmapped regions; normal maps) but that will have to come later. Licensing:
The Uranus texture is derived from public domain OPAL data. A map by Björn Jónsson with no stated license is also used as a source, but he usually releases his work under free licenses (with the odd exception of that Europa map), and it's pretty featureless anyway.
Uranus & Neptune's ring textures, Puck's model & texture, and Triton's texture are derived from public domain NASA images.
The source for Miranda's texture tells you how to duplicate it using PDS data, so I'd consider it public domain.
The remaining moons of Uranus (Ariel, Umbriel, Titania, & Oberon) unfortunately still have the old textures for now. The sources of FarGetaNik's textures for these moons are used by "Science on a Sphere" but this line on the original source page seems to take precedence: Copyright: The images on this page are intended for personal non-commercial use only. For additional information please contact me at steven.albers@colostate.edu. Actually a better source for Uranian moon textures and heightmaps would be https://repository.hou.usra.edu/handle/20.500.11753/1687 (with some processing) - these are by Paul Schenk, who I contacted a few days ago about Saturnian moon heightmaps. If all else fails, Snowfall's fictional textures could be used.
The Neptune texture is derived from the one on Björn Jónsson's website, which should be fine.
The Larissa and Proteus textures are by Snowfall and under a free license.
