Add Export/Import feature to save/load project #34

Add Export and Import buttons to top bar next to IP/SI switch.

Export should bring up a dialog box for the user to select a file path and then write the json file to that path. Import should bring up a dialog box for the user to select a file path and then load the data from that json file

Junwei has implemented this feature but it may be needed to check.

I found some errors in the file import function. The imported data is not correctly inputted. Need Brian's help to find out the error.
