Web Interface for ABC

• git clone this branch
• cd into the folder
• run the command 'npm i' or 'yarn add'
• make a new file called '.env.local' in the main project directory and add field 'DB_URL=', filling in the right hand side with the URL of the DigitalOcean database
• run 'npm run dev'
