Full documentation of household survey questions/codes available #45

Most of the question numbers in the household attributes file are not self-explanatory. The survey labels files in /publicData should help. We are trying to locate a transcript of the original household survey.

We have not been able to locate a transcript of the original household survey but as far as we know it is identical to this one: https://cfsotago.github.io/GREENGridData/EC2HouseholdSurveyAsUsedInGG.pdf which was used to collect the data reported in https://ourarchive.otago.ac.nz/handle/10523/5634. We're grateful to Dr Ben Wooliscroft for providing the detailed survey questions and codes.
