We'd need a list of templates and examples of how we'd like to structure the project folders. This could be done with kickstart, or any other such scaffolding/bootstrapping tool.

IMO, it would be beneficial to first get our hands on some already-existing Actors' code built with FVM. We could then try to assess what can be templatized and have some examples in the tooling.

For the first release, we should probably aim for 2-3 templates, see what the feedback is and iterate from there.
