There is no reason (beyond the convenience to write the output in the same format that it happens to have at the end of the calculation) that the fits files generated with marx2fits and with CIAO should differ in which columns are floats or doubles.
On the other hand, dmmerge only works if all data types match exactly - it does not perform a conversion.
Thus, this PR changes the marx2fits output data types to match the use in CIAO 4.7.
