Add warning if simulation ends because it reaches the end of the ASPSOL file #67

These are two almost unrelated changes, one per commit: 1) Add a warning when a simulation ends because it reaches the end of the ASPSOL file. 2) In order to see that warning, make Verbosity an integer for more fine-grained control.
