Story

As a user, I should be able to see a footer with Create Beauty's copyright info.

WHEN the page loads AND when the user scrolls down then they'll see a footer

[ ] Create footer tag with className of footer
[ ] Create div with className of container and text-center
[ ] Create span tag with class of text-muted.
[ ] Put © Create Beauty in between the span tags
