The marathon manager should integrate with a donations service. We do not require the level of features the GDQ tracker has.

The host should be able to do one of 3 things with a donation:

Flash a special donation up on stream using the overlay (never automatic)
Approve comment for public display but do not pop up
Hide inappropriate comments

The marathon manager should:

Regularly query the donation tracker website API for new donations
Provide a private page for the host to manage donations
Generate a public list of donations

Here is my idea for a process flowchart to get the ball rolling
