Generalized all graphics javascript for in-game layouts to 1 file, speedcontrol.js
Moved some boilerplate CSS into common.css
Added data-sceneid="foo" attributes to top-level html tag.
timer state changes are now done by toggling CSS classes on the timer element, rather than hard-coded CSS changes. This allows someone to customize the timer colors etc with just CSS.
Just realized I accidentally made the timer-finished color blue. This wasn't intentional but it's just CSS and can easily be fixed
Iterative changes for now.
