Great design/idea, can significalty ramp up production throughput.
I think we should explore furthur but I have not experince with foam and adhisves to know how hard this would vs. 3D print.
We should build a couple to see if this will even hold up under medical scrutiny.
I think this is a good idea to explore ramping up amounts being made. It would be good to check with a doctor on using this model.
As mention by someone, I think we need to create a group for vetting new idea using predetermine criteria.
@thomasd538 it would be nice to have a consistent group to run through
Design review wed and sat? Can we a doctor on with that?
