Started basic outline for gh-pages. This is 100% going to be modified when a jekyll theme is picked out.

Actually, create an orphan branch for this instead of cloning master, do this from the CLI.

I can't get this made as an orphan branch. Is it possible for you to make another branch in the repo (with nothing in it but an index.md)? Then I'll make a PR into that branch with an index.md.
