PMing network bots appears to be broken. #42

What appears to happen, is that it cuts off part of what the bot sends is cutoff, and messages are sent at about 1 message every 5 seconds. This might be a problem with how the network bot sends messages.

It sent the list of bots out of order with the message sent after assign #soarnpro GLaDOS being sent in the middle of listing the bots, instead of before even listing the bots.
