Better to have other members rather than ex members? #20

Not sure what you mean here? Other members, means that they are members still, in my mind. Ex-Members makes more sense. Having a record of all ex-members, is quite important.

Yes but other members would allow guests to be tagged as exmembers in the database. This would make the whole setup simpler. Then you would have an 'other members' page which had links to ex-members, washouts, legends and guests.

Perhaps other members isn't a very good name! I'm not really bothered about the name. The idea behind it is more important.

Hmm I see. By having the guest tagged as an ex-member in DB, then this means he is not shown on the member list. Is it possible to setup a separate identity for guests?

Or just call "other members" "Ex-members", and list ex-members,legends,wash outs in there, and hide Guest from showing there, and add them in on a separate link in the menu. So basically Ex-Members should not be listed under Members section on the menu, but sepratley, and leave Guests in the member section.
