Tidy up design #47

Some spacing stuff needs done. Like spacing between posts and the post info needs better format. Its all a bit messy at the moment. I will look at doing this. Is there any other specific areas you where thinking about, regarding layout ?

Nope, just general cleanup. Things like the add reply button not being centred. Just tweak anything you find and reference this issue (if you type issue #47 then commits automatically appear in this conversation).
