About Fusion plot #1

Hi, thanks for integrate-vis, I have a problem when using it plot some fusion pairs, a lot of fusion pairs in my input list can't get annot and plot graph, i wonder if there some reason for this? for example: 4 187647508 -1 4 -1 186599701 FAT1>>SORBS2 3 - - 51 4 187647508 -1 4 -1 186583396 FAT1>>SORBS2 3 - - 22 4 187647508 -1 4 -1 186599632 FAT1>>SORBS2 3 - - 14 thanks for help very much. sincerely fei.

Sorry because I misunderstand about the file format. problem solved.
