[Question]: Is this tool supported or moved anywhere #10

Hi @ChrisMaherLab @teng-gao @jin-wash-u

Thanks for the great tool.

Some questions:

  1. Is this tool being developed/supported - has this moved to a new location?
  2. The Dockerfile installs do not work as some of the tools/dependencies are not found in the repos- https://github.com/ChrisMaherLab/INTEGRATE-Vis/tree/master/docker

It will be great if the Dockerfile and underlying python scripts can be upgraded

I am looking for a minimal reproducilble toolkit that I can try with the example data on this repo and the paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-017-18257-2
