Asking for a unified diff (related to #29) and then trying to patch it with that.

Current issues:

When parsing the unified diff the code in def apply_patch(original: str, diff: str) -> str:, I am missing some cases. Need to create more test cases and do some debugging.
In practice, for mock_cp we only get valid patches (that we can apply with diff) around 50% of the time

Will look into this later today.

I think that this PR is in the wrong direction (llm-diffs > main)
