A Trainer Editor for HeartGold, SoulSilver, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum and HG-Engine ROMs
Originally starting as a personal Quality of Life add-on the DS Pokemon ROM Editor (DSPRE)'s Trainer Editor, VS-Maker is now a standalone editor.
VS-Maker offers extended features to edit Trainers, including: Trainer Class music, Gender and Prize Money, Trainer Text Table Editor, Trainer's Pokemon and more features planned.
VS-Maker is a WinForms application developed using .NET 6
An advanced Trainer Class Editor. Expanded from DSPRE's Trainer Editor.
VS-Maker can edit:
• Trainer Class Names

• Trainer Class Genders
• Trainer Class Prize Money
• Trainer Intro Graphics and Battle Music for a Trainer Class
• Expand Prize Money Table
• Expand Eye-Contact Music Table
• Add new Trainer Class
• Diamond & Pearl: Show Trainer Class sprites (currently compressed)
A more streamlined Trainer Editor expanded from DSPRE. Able to easily view and Edit a Trainer's text.
VS-Maker's Trainer Editor can edit:

A new function that reads data from a ROMs Trainer Table to edit in-battle messages and triggers.
VS-Maker allows you to add new lines and also Sort & Repoint the Trainer Text Offset table.
The Trainer Text Table editor is able to:
• Choose a Trainer, and select a Message Trigger
• Edit the text message displayed
• Edit text using a Text Editor that previews in-game messages
• Sort and repoint the offset for trainer texts
• Import and export table to an Excel spreadsheet for mass edits
This is To-Do: but will ultimately allow editing of battle intro effects and battle music.
