- Add MIR column to database table (missing for some reason)
- Decide on 1 year window for analysis
- For each MIR:
- return area between travel time on that day and the baseline on all segments upstream
- multiply by volume, likely will have to assume at capacity for now
- do this for the entire analysis window
with some light lit review
