Added metadata to grapetree #176

This PR changes which metadata that is being displayed in GrapeTree.

The metadata columns displayed for a group is being also displayed in GrapeTree if the clustering is started from a group. Otherwise is all avalable metadata colums displayed in GrapeTree.
