Create group with selected samples

Please describe your role and what you want to do Add functionality to create group with selection and add selection to existing group.

For example,

• As a admin, I would like to create a new group using the selected samples in the table, so I can work faster
• As an admin, I want to add selected samples to existing group, so I dont have to keep track of multiple sample ids

Describe the solution you'd like Some kind of responsive button in the table function bar.

Functionality has been added to master. Its a two step process, first you create a group; then add samples to that group.
