Move update / delete buttons to the top of the page, or make sample table scrollable
As an admin, I want to update a group without having to scroll a large number of samples:
Sooner or later one learns to use the key to just jump to the bottom, but new users will probably go searching for the controls.
Proposed UI tweak:
I think moving the update and delete buttons to a fixed position, is a nice tweak that keeps the controls at hand while the user only has to scroll around to find the fields they want to alter.
Another tweak could be to reduce the size of the sample list by making it a scrollable table and add some filtering controls, but that's a separate feature request.
