Rate projects on codemontage by 1) complexity/time to install and 2) code complexity #152

Description For a 5 hour coding event you don't want to spend 2 hours setting up a project, while for a 2 day event you will.

Ask It will be helpful to sort projects by their complexity/time to install as well as by code complexity (beginner, intermediate, advanced) to better tailor to different types of users and events.

Additional Info Related to #57.

Maybe we can represent a project's setup complexity by adding a quick flag for if we can set up a dev environment that works on Codio? cc @courte @nahurst
