As a traveler, I want to be able to manage my finances during the travel hassle free using smart features.

Acceptance Criteria: Use can convert between locale and native currencies; Learn denominations of locale currency; View historical graphs; Bookmark and pull past conversions; View nearby currency exchanges; Snap receipts, price tags or import attachments from travel related mails for conversion.

API for currency conversion is done via fixer.io

I researched current app reviews and travel blogs to gather list of features which are usually preferred by travelers. Below are some of the features that I have short listed.

  1. Currency Converter (from current to default locale and vice-versa)
  2. Denomination guides for locale currency
  3. Historical graph (from current to default locale and vice-versa)
  4. Nearby Currency exchanges (using MapKit similar to Yelp assignment)
  5. Notification Widget support (currency converter, denominations, nearby currency exchanges from notification widget)
  6. OCR Support (using Camera and quick import widget from Mail attachments)
  7. Bookmark and keep track of past conversions
