Changes introduced in Forge 28.1.37 causes this mod doesn't have its resources loaded #5

I checked a dozen Forge versions from a range 28.1.0–28.1.115 (28.1.115 is the newest version ATM). With all of them from a range 28.1.0–28.1.36 this mod has its resources loaded correctly. The problems appear with Forge version 28.1.37 and go all the way up. With these Forge versions this mod is completely unplayable, and all of its blocks, items, and tooltips look like this: Mod-resources-not-loaded-correctly

If you have Forge version 28.1.56 and newer (you need at least version 28.1.56 due to a regression in older Forge versions), you'll also see the following screen just before the main menu appears: Forge-screen-showing-warning

I was able to reproduce this issue on the following configurations:

Fixed with version 1.2.7 for Minecraft 1.14.4.
