I added an iCal link to the Schedule page which users can subscribe to.

Resolves #14

Summary of TODOs remaining from code review:

[x] Include a link to "Add to Google Calendar" in the sidebar. (If not possible, add a link to instructions.)
[x] See if it's possible to make the iCal URL <site_base>/schedule.ics.
[ ] ~~Allow meetings to have different durations. (@jackrosenthal, should we allow to set duration or end time?)~~ (deferred to #27)

@jackrosenthal, let's defer the duration thing to another issue/PR (see #27). I want to get this in ASAP.
