Markdown Deprecation #74

h.markdown is officially deprecated.

To do:

Add helper functions for docutils - DONE
Add docutils to project dependencies - DONE
Remove all uses of h.markdown in the codebase - DONE, at least in master
Remove dependency on markdown - DONE

d6d44da adds a warning to the h.markdown function that it's been deprecated and also adds a replacement h.rst (which should be used less, as docutils.core.publish_parts should be used for more complicated scenarios!)

h.markdown has now been completely removed from master.
