Bloons Not Showing Up: #3

When I Create A Bloon, Then Restart, Go Back To The Bloon Editor Screen, The Bloon Is Not There, Even In Game Too... And Can't Import Because It Doesn't Show There Either!.. This Mod Is Amazing But, For me The Mod Dosen't Work :( Please Help!
