Add +/- controls for muscle properties #781

It would be great if tendon slack length, muscle fiber length and pennation angle at optimal have +/- controls, so you can easily tweak the values and see the results in the graphs. Default inc/dec would be 1mm for lengths and 0.001 rad for angles.

This feature is now available in main, will be tested during further development, and will be released in OSC's next release
