Add shape fitting to frame definition UI #810

It was added to the model editor (#798 ), but would also be useful in the frame definition UI

Dropping: it's not necessary now because the upstreamed support for StationDefinedFrame means that a lot more frame definition is going to happen in the model editor, which already has shape fitting.
