CMakeLists.txt Requires Incorrect CMake Version #27

The CMakeLists.txt incorrectly lists 2.6 as the minimum required to build, but depends on features introduced in 2.8.3. Clockfort I'd update this myself, but I'm not sure the actual features which are needed, which should be mentioned in the commit message for upstream.
