We need a Bingehack4 readme, replacing the Nethack4 one which is currently up.

I was planning on putting up a sham one that points to our github wiki, and filling it out from there, since I've been adding a good bit of public-facing content to the wiki.

The RAEDME should probably have the introduction to Bingehack, and link to the wiki where appropriate. It's one less click that way to get to the Bingehack introduction.

The intro should contain information which is pretty much invariant about Bingehack, so we'll almost never need to change it.

The Jenkins links are broken unless you are logged in to Jenkins.

shrug Poke Ross I guess, that ought not to be the case for things in the status directories and such. Or change the vhost yourself/wait for me to be bored enough to do it
