Hi @martinkilbinger , with @pettorin we were wondering if there is a plan/idea on how to include systematics in my peaks pipeline to start obtaining more realistic results. Maybe we could add this to the agenda of a WL/ShapePipe telecon?

To apply the mask: for the MassiveNus we should get the shear from the available kappa maps, add noise and mask and reobtain kappa
strategy on systematics (intrinsic alignment, baryonic effects) needs to be further investigated and discussed
