looking for identifiers in the cache successful when it shouldn't be #18

localhost:5001/identify/10.1186

returned a SUCCESSFUL cache hit (redirected me to /identifier/10.1186), but the "identifier" field of the "successful" hit was "10.1186/1758-2946-3-41"! I presume this has something to do with the slashes again. To investigate.
