500 error - when wrong dates submitted #47

It should be a 400 error

Treated with 62018288fc5e8bbeceb75978beaae3571ee42e4f Tested with : /search/?query=12%20juillet%202018&sort=date&order=desc&chamber=civ2&date_start=2018&page=0&operator=and

formerly returned a 500 and now a 400 which is ok

This one still returns a 500 and is a date format pb too : /export/?sort=date&order=desc&date_start=1899&date_end=1899&batch=0&operator=and
