Is there enough justification to have a built-in pointer?
It might be nice to have some simple defaults to get up and going quickly.
New wheel properties:
pointerImage
pointerAnimation
pointerIsVisible

pointerImage(fall back to drawing a simple triangle if no image provided)pointerAnimation(a common use case would be to move the pointer realistically as it hits pins on the wheel)pointerIsVisible(hide it if you want to draw your own)
