Call Button Feature Absence #127

Submarine, yellow tube boat, light ocean boat, splicer shuttle, and trolly call buttons do not have the C2toDS "block creature access" feature (red button below the green one). The trolly call button using the C1 sprites poses a unique challenge to implementing that feature.

Note to anyone doing this: All of these if turned off need to get rid of existing queues for the buttons AND kill the CA links, or creatures will get very confused.

Are they more trouble than they're worth, then? I modeled them after the door blocking agents of old, but if that will mess with creatures' brains it may be best to sunset the feature.

Update: The newer call buttons also don't have connection IO ports built into all the C2toDS lifts.
