Aggregate Data to Country Level #10

Current Dataset: Repo Language by UserID, which includes user Location

Ways to slice this:

  1. make repo language a property of the user. If there are 100 users for a country, and each has 3 languages, you have 300 total userLanguages. Sum up those 300.
