reload salary data for hourly wages instead of monthly #175

the monthly or yearly wages ran the risk of dangerous anchoring effects, given that they're mostly reported for areas with lower costs of living, and are all at least half a decade old at this point.

hourly wages more clearly separate our roles from the roles of the developers we're showing salaries for.
