Upgrade sanimal to use newer version of Java #43

The current supported Java version is old and should be upgraded to something more recent to take advantage of speed improvements, security fixes, etc.

I think this is done now.

This now works with Java 15. That is sufficient now and a follow up can be created if an upgrade is needed at a later time.
