Made a first patch and built: worked.
Added a new folder in Export with a new exported patch.
Rebuild the Xcode project -> No new node in Metasound. I investigated and it seems that I need to delete and rebuild the whole RNBOMetasound plugin in order to add a new node. Is there a different way to update a node and add a new node?

I haven't quite figured out how to cleanly reload the modules after they're rebuilt but you can go to "Tools->Debug->Modules" then recompile from there. Unfortunately sometimes we get a crash when we reload and try to run again there so you might be safer just re-opening the project after that recompile
