cleanup issue #13

somehow if you pass wc3 using the batch, the cleaning up doesn't work --> proof you have wc3 values < 0.5 but the script states if <0.5 set to 0

Which module exactly, the main function crc_USwL.m itself ? Or could it be a matlabbatch configuration problem, with argument not being passed correctly ?

if believe you are giving the wrong file (or none) to your cleanup function via matlabbatch (by hand fine)
