Hey Chris

could you add the option to same modulated as part of the segmentation? could be useful for VBM

Sounds like a good idea! Will do it along with a small re-organization of the code I have in mind. Some stuff, especially those linked to qMRI cleaning up, ought to be in separate modules IMHO.

what time line are we talking about, I'd like to do some work using the tool but not possible until we publish the tool article ... please !!!
