Three things:

the date at the top uses a different format from other pages (includes time stamp)
the final example is not linked (2-Am, Time-to-Event Outcome, Sample Size Re-estimation). (Fixed the typo in the last example title in the pull request from Documentation-team-suggestions.)
Top menu says 'Example List' but the page is titled 'Examples Outline.' Should be consistent.
