It is because the HelperFunctiosnWeibull.R is sourced in the first r chunk in the Description.Rmd file. The helper function creates plots so they end up in the document. For now, I will move the helper functions to the RMD file and not source the helper function. The helper function needs to be only functions or not source. We can fix this later with a new issue.
