Make CyneRgy available on CRAN #158

First of all, thanks for building this package!

I think many organizations will appreciate it if you can make it available on CRAN and make releases there frequently. This would make it easy to validate and qualify the package following standard workflows, for example, risk assessment from R Validation Hub and make it straightforward to include in their shared baseline libraries.

Hi @nanxstats Thanks for the input. We are planning on putting it on CRAN at some point, hopefully not to far in the future. I really appreciate the feedback on. Once we get more functions in the R directory and tests developed with test that we will be looking to get this on CRAN. We are always looking to work with people on adding example and functionality.
