Plotting order of GWAS signals. Plot most associated first. #62

When we show GWAS to avoid issues of over plotting we should plot the most associated SNPs first

I assume you mean that we need most associated snps to be on the top? Plotting them first will place them at the bottom and allow other points to over-plot them.

Yes i had it the wrong way around. Plot most associated last.
