Searching for a region that falls within a HindIII fragment results in a not found. #72

Jonathan Mudge contacted us with a request to allow searching for regions that fall within a single HindIII locus to enable the searching for variants not in current GWAS/SNP catalogs.

rs4728142 is found within an interaction in Mifsud. Searching for the variant ID works ok, and it is found within target region coordinates 7:128570699-128576889. Searching for these target coordinates also works ok, as does searching for 1.5X zoomed out coordinates (7:128569151-128578437). However, searching for 1.5X zoomed in coordinates does not return any hits (7:128571731-128575857), and nor does searching for the target region shortened by 1bp at both ends (7:128570700-128576888).
